This versatile 2-in-1 ginger processing machine efficiently produces both ginger slices and shredded ginger strips. With a production capacity of 150-250kg/h and an adjustable cutting thickness of 1-1.5mm, it's ideal for commercial ginger processing operations.
Generally, the ginger shredding and slicing machine operates based on the centrifugal principle. When the machine is in operation, the slicing knife first cuts the ginger into slices. Subsequently, the shredding knife further cuts the sliced ginger. Finally, the cut ginger shreds or slices are thrown out by centrifugal force.
Cutting Effect
The effect of shredding or slicing can be achieved by replacing the cutter head, and customization of cutting sizes is supported.
